SO WHO ARE WE ?

What we, at SCOPE Vision, offer is unique, no one else does what we do, the way we do!

Scope Vision FoyerHere at SCOPE Vision, we're a fun bunch of people who love to train and teach in the areas of hospitality, management, leadership, computing, retail and safety training and assessment. We use Perth's leading Venues to train you in.

We're dedicated to best practice, passionate and energetic. We know what makes you and your relative industries tick.... or have an extended network to the industry associations who do!

SCOPE Vision

We are dedicated to creating the next generation of innovative leaders, facilitators and managers. Maria-Jane Satterthwaite, our trainer and facilitator takes you into the dynamic worlds of training, assessment and business management. Refer to the awards we have won and Maria-Jane's staff profile for a detailed overview.

OUR AIM: "To remain dedicated to the achievement of personal excellence"

In the people-driven industry of Business Management, SCOPE Vision aims to promote a training environment that is learner-focussed, personalised and face-to-face with the goal of preparing its learners for the expectations of the fast-paced business industry and equipping them for their place in the real world in which they work.

SCOPE Vision is made up of a dedicated team of motivated professionals who have combined their vision, foresight, and experience to revolutionise the delivery of training.

With their extensive experience and passion, the consultants of SCOPE Vision deliver current, relevant and dynamic training within an environment which utilises state-of-the-art equipment and resources to deliver nationally-accredited training programs.

Maria-Jane Satterthwaite, Managing Director of SCOPE Vision says: "Everything has to stand out and that means being different. Training is not about passing on information, it is about passing on the energy of information; it needs to be practical, live and vibrant. You cannot learn business solely through a text book; you can only learn by life, and that is the basis on which I have designed the concept of delivering business training."

At SCOPE Vision, we are committed to:

  • The personal and career development of each individual
  • Providing a revolutionary and dynamic training environment
  • Maximising the transfer of theoretical learning to real life practical skills demanded within industry
  • Mentoring and supporting our students throughout their journey

SCOPE Vision isn't just for students either - we provide on-the-job training to organisations who require personalised assistance in their own unique environment. It's our specialty, and we're passionate about everything we do and the way in which we do it. Your company will benefit from the experience!

We believe that the best research you can ever undertake is the simplest! - Listen to your clients and respond!

Delivering exceptional service ensures that the relationships we build endure the normal hurdles and minefields of a competitive market place and firmly enforce in the minds of our clients our commitment to deliver exceptional service and never below!

As a company we firmly believe that the delivery of training from nationally recognised training packages is more relevant in an ‘on-the-job’ environment. Learning is achieved faster and retained longer when delivered via this method. Our innovative and interactive teaching style stimulates a high degree of technical proficiency in learning outcomes. Our courses are designed in consultation with the client and respond to their specific requests for training, in alignment with the National Training Competency Standards.

One of the indicators that sets us apart from our competitors is the mandatory industry training our consultants agree to each year. There is no better way to uncover or expose the needs of an Industry or a client than by working in their business along side them. Experience has shown us that some people are good operators, some good historians, but it is a rare breed of individual who can encompass both disciplines.

We demand that rather than have a passive career in our organisation, we all have a passionate one. Most people in Business say that it never leaves their blood. We look upon our ‘internship’ as an opportunity to relive the vibrancy of the Industry without enduring the normal disruption to our lives. The key to success lies in not delivering the theory alone, but instilling in your clients confidence from our ability to ‘stand in their shoes’ and see their business from all angles, offering solutions, recommendations and praise as we find appropriate.
