The Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ
40198), is designed for Assessors and Trainers working within
a structured training and/or assessment system. Areas of responsibility
would cover developing training programs, ensuring correct documentation
is adhered to, assessment of training sessions, programs and
trainees, recording results of assessments and training, and
identifying budget and resources required to reach the required
outcomes.

Objective:
The aim of this course is to provide relevant skills and knowledge
to the learner enabling them to develop and deliver training
and assessment to a National Standard of Competency.
This Certificate is suited for those people who intend to make
training an important part of their work. You would be a manager
or supervisor, or Human Resource Officer. The Certificate is
made up of three programs: Train Small Groups, Workplace Assessor,
and Managing Training Programs.
This Certificate is quickly establishing itself as the benchmark
qualification recognised by Industries across the board, and
is quite often a pre-requirement for HR jobs, or for supervisors
and managers, etc. It is a Nationally Accredited Course, and
is even recognised overseas as well.
